Rent Includes:

• Complimentary continental breakfast, full lunch and dinner
• Utilities, (except telephone and cable TV)
• Weekly housekeeping, including linen service
• Transportation to activities and outings in our passenger bus.
• Activity and social programs (See Newsletter).

Basic Residential Requirements
Potential applicants are self-reliant, and able to manage all activities of daily living, and come to the dining room without staff assistance or reminder.

Refundable Deposit
A $500.00 deposit will put your name on our Carman Oaks Waiting List. Upon moving in, your $500.00 is retained as a Moving-in Fee.

Carman Oaks is a Smoke-Free community.
